Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards through our Pay Pal merchant account. When you are ready to check out, simply click on the Pay Pal option. Pay Pal is very secure and will prompt you for your credit card information. If you have never used PayPal before you will be asked to create an account at no charge. Shipping Policies
Shipping and handling are based upon the weight of the packages shipped. UPS and USPS are the carriers we use for delivery. Deliveries are made within the Continental U.S.
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Deliveries are not made on Sunday.
Return Policy
HOPE Greetings is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item for a full refund within 7 days. Merchandise must be in its original condition. Simply contact us to receive instructions on returning your purchase.
